Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
- Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to align goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Direct project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, cost reports, and change management processes.
- Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and client communication with precision and professionalism.
- Foster a positive, high-performance jobsite culture built on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven record managing projects $20M+.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
