We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Engineer - Multifamily for our rapidly expanding Construction team. As a vital part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on multifamily construction projects and play a key role in the planning, design, and execution stages. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about construction and engineering.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Engineer - Multifamily, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing and managing all multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to create and implement project designs.
3. Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Conducting on-site inspections to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
6. Coordinating and managing contractors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
7. Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
8. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure high-quality work.
9. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Engineer - Multifamily position will have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects.
3. Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
7. Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
9. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
10. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
